November 9, 2008:
It's been a really busy year! It seems like I was just sending stuff down to LA for the PETA2 fashion show, and here it is almost the end of the year! When I haven't been hard at work sewing orders, and touring the world with my new burlesque troupe Pretty Things Peepshow, I found time to create a new male pin-up magazine called An Occasional Man. Whether you are buying some faux fur goodies for yourself or for a special friend this holiday season, they make a great stocking stuffer! Get your copy here, and for the month of November only, all orders over $200 will get Issue 3 for free!

Whoa, where did January go? I guess I was so busy moving into my new apartment that it passed right by! Big news for all you folks living near Los Angeles, as my products will be appearing in a Valentine's Day Fashion show next week, put on by PETA2 with SuicideGirls.com. RSVP peta2@suicidegirls.com to attend, and rub shoulders with tons of sexy animal-loving SuicideGirls and celebrities!

If you go, keep your eyes peeled for a pic of me in the new ad campaign for "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur", and if you can't make it, head over to peta2.com where they will be releasing the ads over the next month or so. Check that one off the list of life goals! |

December 28, 2007:
I just discovered a fabulous new website: Kaboodle.com! It's an online wishlist tool that you can share with your friends so they know exactly what to get you for birthdays, Valentine's Day, whenever! I've added icons to each page here so if you see something you like, you can click on the icon to add it to your list! Look out for the icon below and start 'shopping'!

I finally finished the last of my local Christmas orders today, so I had a chance to go through and update some product pictures, including the addition of a black and red version of the Lucille Hat!
Now that the December rush is over, I can get cracking designing new products! Have a relaxing holiday season, and can't wait to hear from you in 2008!

Whoo-eee! What a busy gal I am this year, so many orders to fill! Just wanted all you Christmas-celebrating Kats and Kittens that the deadline for regular shipping within Canada, US and Europe to reach yall by Dec 25th has been passed, so if you are needing something by then, email for your other shipping options. Xpresspost within Canada is pretty reasonable, but it gets quite costly for out of the country order.
There is new hope for those across the pond, in the form of my newest retailer! In the UK and Europe, you can now shop online at Pin-Up Parade where you can also find tons of other wonderful vintage-inspired goodies!
In the US check out Babygirl Boutique for your last minute gift-giving, and check back to hear about a brand new retailer soon to be added!
Also check back in January, as all this time at the sewing machine has given me tons of ideas for new products, which I'll be whipping up as soon as this Christmas rush is over: think Menswear, and lots of other fun items!
November 19, 2007:
I've added a new Gallery for all the lovely pictures of Kitten DeVille in the Shimmy Magazine Signature Line! Take a look and let me know what you think of the new line!

I'm proud to introduce the newest addition to the Coquette Faux Furrier product line, the Shimmy Magazine Signature Line!! In collaboration with Shimmy Magazine, the biggest little burlesque magazine in the world, I've created a burlesque-themed set of fringe-trimmed waist-cincher, pasties, stole and hat! Modeled here by Miss Exotic World 2002, Kitten DeVille!

I'm back from tour and back at my machine getting your orders ready! The strangest thing happened when I got back: the value of the US dollar dropped so much while I was away that it's worth less than my Canadian dollar, a first in my lifetime! Unfortunately, this means I've had to adjust all the prices on my website to compensate, so if you are making a new order, please note the change.
In better news I was able to do lots of fun photoshoots with my products in Europe, so keep your eyes peeled for photos soon!
September 5th, 2007:
That's right, I'll be on tour with GLAM-O-RAMA again, this time heading to England, Portugal, Germany, France and Italy, so I won't be able to fill your orders until I get back, so if you place your order now, be prepared to wait about a month for delivery. When I get back we'll be unveiling a brand new Signature line for fall, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!
June 11, 2007:
It's a first for us! Join us in welcoming our first male model, Michael Camino of Hawaii's premier psychobilly band, The Hell Caminos, wearing our new black-trimmed leopard gloves!

I've

I'm
back in town and ready to start filling orders again! So much is
new at Coquette Faux Furriers Headquarters, starting with the feature
Shimmy Magazine did on us in their most recent issue!

I'm joined by fellow
vegan and burlesque performer Tana the Tattooed Lady (billed
as Ruby Slipper, her old stage name) in the photos that accompany
the 9-page article, so whether you are a fan of faux fur, burlesque,
pin-up, or all three, you should definitely check it out! We
have a limited supply that we are selling, so grab it while
they last! |

I'm
going to be out of town for all of March, and will not be able to
fill any orders after the end of this week up until April 6th, and
will be taking down the payment sections of the website during that
period to avoid confusion. If you are wanting to place orders during
this time, your best bet is to visit Babygirl
Boutique who carries a wide selection of our most popular
products, and a lot of other beautiful items! If you are near Costa
Mesa, California, you can find our items in Humanitaire
on 2937 S. Bristol St. Suite A-101A, or if Portland, Oregon is closer,
you can find a few items at the Herbivore store on 5519 NE 30th
Avenue. Our New Zealand fans can find some of our products online
at Noir as well.
I will be available for custom orders starting again in April, thank
you for your patience!
xoxo
